Please inspect your order immediately. If it is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos (including packaging). We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.

We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused during self-assembly. Always check that all parts are present before starting and contact us if anything is missing or defective.

Can I cancel my order?
For bespoke or made-to-order items: cancellation is only possible within 24 hours of placing your order, before production begins.
For standard items: you can cancel until the item has been dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Are bespoke or made-to-order items refundable?
No. Made-to-order, personalised, or handmade products cannot be cancelled or returned unless they are faulty.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, as well as flexible pay-later options with Klarna and Clearpay.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Klarna allows you to pay later in 30 days or spread the cost into 3 instalments. Clearpay lets you split your purchase into 4 equal instalments. Both options are interest-free on orders between £99.99 and £1500.
