Refund policy at Bell Decors:
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to let us know of any damages to your order so we can offer a replacement solution of if you wish to return any items.
If there are instances where your order is incorrect, damaged, or faulty during transportation, we will immediately offer a replacement solution for the product stated. If we are unable to fulfil this, a refund shall be offered
If you need to request the return of an item, it is the customer's responsibility to cover the return shipping costs. The customer will be responsibility for any damages made during return in transit. Once we have received and checked the items, we will process a full refund.
Returns must be sent to the returns address which will be provided to you.
Please make sure the items are appropriately packaged to prevent damages.
It is advised to keep proof of postage and insurance covering the value of the items to ensure the protection in the event of damages.
We will not be able to offer a refund if the item arrives damaged due to poor packaging, so please use the original packaging provided with the item or if packaging has been damaged during transit please let us know and you will be able to use any other form of packaging if it will secure the goods.
Items that are not bespoke we offer a 14 day returns if you have a change of heart.
We make every effort to deliver your goods in perfect condition. Please check your delivery as soon as it has been received. If the goods are faulty or damaged, please notify us within forty-eight hours so that we can resolve the problem.
We will not be held responsible for any damage after 48h that you have received your items. We will need pictures/videos of any damages of the faulty goods, this will need to be of the packaging on both the interior and exterior, damages of the items, and a written description of the damages to allow us to assist in resolving the issues for you.
Damage notifications must be made via email, we will not accept any other form of communication, this is because we must evaluate the damage via images.
For any self-assembly products it is important that you follow all instructions very carefully as we are not responsible for any self-assembly products that are damaged as a result of incorrect installation. Please ensure that you check all parts are provided before assembling.
Order Cancellation
After ordering any item there is a 24 hour window for bespoke items in which you can cancel your order, after this time as production has began we will not be able to cancel your order.
You cannot cancel an order or get a refund once the item has been shipped from its origin country.
Please note that bespoke furniture, special orders, flat-packed items that have been assembled, made-to-order items, and personalised items can only be returned or exchanged if faulty. Please note that just because the item is listed with those choices (I.e size/colour ) does not mean they are “standard” options. These can still be made to order pieces and therefore non-refundable. Unless stated otherwise on the product page our items are bespoke.
*Made to order items include all pieces where you select colour, size, fabric or material finish these can be options that are listed on the site. This also includes any items that are handmade. As all of our rugs and artwork are handmade these will be classed as made to order.

If, for any reason, you’re not totally happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. No hassles, no hard feelings. Here’s how it works:

- Sending It Back: We’ll email you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back to us. Simply pack it up and drop it off at the nearest shipping location.
- Getting Your Refund: Once we get the item back and check it out, we’ll process your refund. The money will be back in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your payment method.
- A Few Exceptions: Our 30-Day Guarantee doesn’t cover clearance items, gift cards, or items bought with certain promotions. Also, we can’t refund the original shipping costs.
- Exchanges: Prefer an exchange? No problem! Just let us know, and we’ll get the replacement item to you as soon as we receive the original one.
